Early holiday Monday, a city sleeps as I wander to work. Lupins remind me of childhood play time on wasteland where houses once stood. Either bombed in World War 2 or demolished as unfit to inhabit. They were a verdant green space of self seeded Lupin, Buddlea, Willow and Birch.
